Dave started his career in real estate in 1976 when he hung his license with a local real estate company. As he gained experience and knowledge about the intricate industry of residential real estate, he decided to continue his education by becoming a broker in 1988. Dave broadened his horizons while working at a land company, where he gained experience and knowledge in land development and acreage real estate. In 1994, he moved out on his own and began Golden West Properties. Dave has continued to expand his knowledge by working with developers and, earning his Certified New Homes Sales Professional designation, from The National Association of New Home Builders. Over his more than 30 years of experience in real estate and 14 years as a broker, Dave has become a highly respected, well-known businessman in the Western Washington area. He is a member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, which covers Western Washington, as well as others east side counties
